Dear Parents,
Just a quick little blog!
We read a great story yesterday called “The Carpenter’s Gift”. The story
is partly about the Christmas tree in Rockefeller Center in New York City. Did you know that when Christmas is over and
they are done with the it, the tree is milled and the lumber is used for
Habitat for Humanity? SO NEAT!
The lighting
of the tree is on NBC tonight at 8:00!
Check it out!
We are back to working hard!
This next chapter in Math is all
about adding. Are you working with the
flash cards that were sent home? It
doesn’t have to be every day, but continually working with them, keeps the math
facts on the forefront of their brain. I
don’t want the math facts to get lost!
Thank you to all that have sent me a FD about our Advent
service (December 12th). If
you haven’t yet, please send me a FD message about whether or not your firstie
will be attending our Advent service.
Thanks!
Blessings on your night!
Miss Gallagher
